I finally completed Level 7 after several attempts due to a heavy work schedule. To me it’s quite simple. Lead the people to the clubhouses. There they recieve social interactions with fellow members and receive benefits of life advantages through associations of like minded people who show them the way.
The way is through learning by way of your books of hidden knowledge now revealed. Then through progression they learn of the C of U and biologiacl immortality. At that time they learn that in order for this to occur the TVP must expand. It’s a beautiful mindset.
